As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our client base across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service in your assigned territory. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, including automotive repair shops, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in Bali’s key locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, battery, or spare parts industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, including batteries, spare parts, and accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali for client visits.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
