Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the airline cargo and logistics sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Bali and beyond.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in cargo forwarding, logistics, or aviation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with airline cargo operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
