Responsibility
- Expand sales within existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts and penetrate new markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage debt collection processes to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications
