Responsibility
- Recruit, train, and onboard new dealers to expand the company's network in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers to help them succeed.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and events for dealers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in direct selling or network marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
