Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of products and services in the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
