Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the metal or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
