With a competitive salary range of Rp 10,000,000 – Rp 15,000,000 per month, this role offers both financial rewards and career advancement in a thriving industry.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
