Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers with persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or B2B sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
