Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers with persuasive communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or B2B sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
