Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct presentations and consultations to educate clients on various insurance products and their benefits.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, client documentation, and other required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and community activities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses and certifications.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
