Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new retail partners, expanding Getstok's presence in the Bali market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
