Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water treatment sector across Bali’s key commercial and industrial hubs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase water treatment solutions, addressing client pain points with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D) to customize solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit competitive proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, and ROI analyses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Provide post-sales support, including client training, troubleshooting, and follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in water treatment to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within the water treatment, industrial equipment, or environmental solutions sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems (e.g., RO, filtration, disinfection, wastewater management).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
