With at least 5 years of experience in the sales industry (preferably in plug-and-play or technical product sales), you will leverage your deep understanding of engineering principles to consult, demonstrate, and close deals with high-value clients. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to customize products or solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position Maxtronix as a market leader.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Document customer feedback and market insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in plug-and-play systems, electronics, or industrial equipment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or technical sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
