Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts in the semiconductor/SMT industry.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Ked Tech’s solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs, providing consultative recommendations to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in SMT and semiconductor equipment.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical support within the semiconductor, SMT, or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor processes, SMT equipment, and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
