Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote service robots and automation solutions to B2B clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and ROI of robotic automation systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client requirements and industry-specific challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, hospitality).
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and implementation timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in robotics, AI, and automation to position our products as industry leaders.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of technical and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of service robots, PLCs, IoT, or automation systems with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about technology and innovation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
