Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote oil-free air solutions to industrial clients in Bali.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and technical documentation to support business development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in oil-free air systems.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure seamless product integration.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or air compression sector.
- Strong understanding of oil-free air technologies, compressors, and related industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
