Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across all segments (corporate, leisure, groups, and events).
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Oversee contract negotiations with OTAs, wholesalers, and direct partners to optimize distribution channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional offers aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory strategies proactively.
- Represent Accor at industry events, trade shows, and familiarization trips to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by aligning sales efforts with operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in luxury or upscale hotel environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce) and revenue management tools.
- Ability to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
