Responsibility

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and align on target accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contracts and agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position SNS Network as a leader in the space.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, business development, or account management, with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
