Responsibility
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and align on target accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contracts and agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position SNS Network as a leader in the space.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, business development, or account management, with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
