Terra Link Technologies, a global leader in digital mapping and geospatial solutions, is seeking a dynamic Business Strategy & Development Manager with near-native Chinese proficiency to drive our expansion in Asia-Pacific markets. Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction, forging key partnerships, and accelerating growth in high-potential regions.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Terra Link’s market presence in China and other Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships with local and international stakeholders, including government agencies, tech firms, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities in digital mapping and geospatial services.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for Asia-Pacific markets, incorporating regional insights and cultural nuances.
- Create and present business cases, proposals, and reports to senior leadership, justifying investment in new initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain Terra Link’s competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) with strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or corporate strategy, preferably in tech, SaaS, or geospatial industries.
- Proven track record of successful market entry, partnership development, or revenue growth in Asian markets.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess business viability and ROI.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital transformation trends and experience in leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required (up to 30%).
