Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and CRM databases.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, communications, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospects and clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (remote work experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for making calls.
