Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and CRM databases.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, communications, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospects and clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (remote work experience is a plus).
