As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between innovation and client needs, delivering tailored vertical transportation solutions to commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Your role will involve consultative selling, technical presentations, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure Fujitec remains the preferred partner for cutting-edge mobility solutions.
Based in Badung—covering key areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Nusa Dua—you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where engineering precision meets sales excellence. Ideal for candidates who thrive in client-facing roles and are passionate about technical sales, project management, and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and property owners to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Fujitec’s elevator and escalator solutions.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals, tenders, and cost estimates tailored to client specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) to ensure seamless project execution from contract signing to installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in vertical transportation systems.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, warranty explanations, and maintenance contract discussions.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Represent Fujitec at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in elevator/escalator, construction, or industrial equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Deep understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and compliance standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales forecasting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
