Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients in the US logistics sector.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline) and document interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and ensure seamless follow-up.
- Research and build target account lists using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io.
- Track and report on key metrics (e.g., calls made, meetings booked, conversion rates) to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends in US logistics and legal tech to tailor outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to messaging or targeting.
- Maintain a high activity volume (50-100+ outreach attempts/day) while ensuring personalized communication.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B prospecting (call center, SaaS, or logistics preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
