Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Optimize production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Utilize SAP and other enterprise systems to track orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to order management and sales coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance order processing efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and market trends to support sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is required.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance principles is a plus.
