Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the pump industry
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to customers
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for client needs
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the pump sector
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the pump industry
- Strong technical knowledge of pump systems and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
