Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote power generation, rotating equipment, and industrial solutions to clients in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the power, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and submit competitive proposals, tenders, and commercial offers in response to client inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power systems, rotating equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of turbines, generators, pumps, compressors, or similar equipment and their applications in industrial settings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia and Indonesia to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
