We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer (PEB Degree) to lead and execute large-scale civil engineering projects with precision and innovation.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to LTA specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and review project plans, drawings, and technical documents in collaboration with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Resolve technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental policies, and LTA guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or LTA projects.
- Proven track record in project management, site supervision, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of LTA standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Primavera, or other project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices is a plus.
