Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power plant sector, focusing on fire protection systems and solutions.
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to assess their fire safety needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement fire protection systems that comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in power plant projects, including EPC contractors, plant operators, and government agencies.
- Provide post-sales support, including system commissioning, training, and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in fire protection for power plants.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the fire protection, industrial safety, or power plant sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire suppression systems, detection technologies, and NFPA/ISO standards.
- Proven track record of closing high-value contracts in industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across Bali and potentially other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
