Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Sunway Medical Centre’s international patient base.
- Coordinate and oversee high-impact marketing campaigns and events to promote our healthcare services globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international referral agencies, insurers, and healthcare providers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services to international patients.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, outcomes, and market insights.
- Represent Sunway Medical Centre at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining international business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
