As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value deals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth and long-term business development. Based in Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of automotive equipment sales in Southeast Asia’s most vibrant markets.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for mechanical automotive equipment in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including OEMs, distributors, and aftermarket service providers, to expand market penetration.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of automotive equipment solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position products effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the automotive or industrial equipment sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, automotive components, or industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
