You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of businesses, from boutique hotels to high-end restaurants, ensuring their needs are met with our premium products.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the HORECA sector.
  • Conduct daily visits to potential and existing clients, presenting product offerings and negotiating contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities and upsell potential.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions tailored to the HORECA industry.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
