Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the HORECA sector.
- Conduct daily visits to potential and existing clients, presenting product offerings and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities and upsell potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions tailored to the HORECA industry.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
