Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and sales presentations to potential clients in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership skills.
- Assist in sales activation events, trade shows, and in-store demonstrations.
- Document sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) are preferred.
