Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical features and benefits.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and reports to clients.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Proven experience in sales, technical support, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients in various locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
