Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to government agencies and public-sector clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local and national government bodies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, RFPs, and direct contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and compliance with government regulations.
- Monitor market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability.
- Represent Highpoint Group at industry events, conferences, and government meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government sales, business development, or public-sector project management.
- Proven track record of securing government contracts or partnerships in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian government procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta or other regions.
