Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the pulp & paper market with process analyzers and instrumentation solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of advanced instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pulp & paper industry.
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for installed systems.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the instrumentation, automation, or process control industry.
  • Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions to industrial clients, preferably in the pulp & paper sector.
  • Strong understanding of process analyzers, sensors, control systems, and industrial IoT applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
