As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing consultative technical advice, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless customer support throughout the project lifecycle. You will leverage your engineering background to troubleshoot complex fluid system challenges and deliver value-driven proposals that distinguish us from the competition. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share within the Oil & Gas and engineering sectors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on fluid system products to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to address client-specific requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to closing contracts and post-sales follow-up.
- Prepare detailed technical quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including project engineers and procurement managers.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the fluid systems or Oil & Gas industry.
- Deep understanding of fluid dynamics, piping systems, and industrial equipment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the West Region as required by client projects.
