Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and facility managers in Bali.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for fire protection systems, valves, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client specifications and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and technical documentation to secure projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in fire safety and valve systems.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events in Bali and surrounding regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within fire protection, HVAC, or industrial valve systems.
- Strong understanding of NFPA, FM, UL standards, and local Indonesian fire safety regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
