Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and real estate development sectors.
- Conduct technical site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate elevator solution recommendations.
- Prepare and present professional technical proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and building developers to integrate elevator systems into project designs.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and project success.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of our product range to prospective buyers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Davao market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction, elevator, or industrial equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Davao region for client meetings and site inspections.
