Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for electronic security systems in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Engage with clients to understand their security needs and propose customized FERMAX solutions, including access control, intercom, and surveillance systems.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and follow-ups to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and FERMAX product innovations to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronic security systems, access control, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, intercoms, CCTV, and access control solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
