Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and property developers in Bali.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Excel Roofâs roofing solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and cost estimates to potential and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the companyâs presence in Bali.
- Provide post-sales support, including technical guidance and troubleshooting, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Excel Roofâs brand and products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in construction or roofing).
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Valid driverâs license and familiarity with Baliâs construction market are advantageous.
