Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide expert technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to recommend the most suitable roofing systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in construction or roofing).
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
