Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the chemical and plastics sectors.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar role within the chemical, plastics, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into customer-friendly language.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
