Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base for ERP & POS solutions in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships with industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in ERP, POS, and business automation, ensuring our solutions meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse industries (retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client onboarding with a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to customize solutions and address client requirements effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in ERP, POS, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, POS software, and business process automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
