Responsibility

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients (B2B) in Bali’s key business hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their transport needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of transport solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages in Bali’s corporate transport sector.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent Blue Bird Group at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s corporate landscape, including key business districts and industries (hospitality, tourism, events, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
