Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable products.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company’s presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or automation sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mitsubishi and Nidec products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
