Responsibility
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to position MSP Metrology as a leader.
- Work closely with the engineering team to gather customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of metrology, measurement systems, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
