Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing key accounts.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to tailor technical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with company standards.
- Provide technical training and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events across Bali and surrounding regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or relevant technical experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into value-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling within the Bali region.
