Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Bali region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for CCTV and security solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the security industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security, CCTV, or technology distribution sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
