Responsibility
- Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and aligning them with our SaaS solutions.
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales team with high-intent prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., calls made, meetings booked, conversion rates).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in the SaaS space.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Provide feedback to improve product positioning and sales processes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (SaaS/tech industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and technical sales cycles.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
