Responsibility
- Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct research to understand prospect pain points and tailor outreach strategies to drive meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure smooth transitions for closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked, calls made, and qualified leads generated.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage prospect interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Stay updated on Workatoâs product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Participate in team training and development sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect insights to improve lead quality and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role (tech industry experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a remote, autonomous setting.
- Familiarity with automation, SaaS, or enterprise software is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
