Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend customized training solutions.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and pitches to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the training development team to align solutions with market demands.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, or corporate services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
