As a key member of our sales team, you’ll leverage your outbound sales expertise to identify high-potential leads, nurture relationships, and set the stage for long-term partnerships. Your ability to communicate value propositions effectively and tailor solutions to client needs will be critical in expanding our market presence in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients in the HRTech space.
  • Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and pass them to the sales team for closure.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to capture the attention of decision-makers in SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular reports on pipeline progress.
  • Stay updated on HR industry trends and competitor offerings to position HR Easily’s solutions effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue influenced.
  • Represent HR Easily at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS or HRTech.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
  • Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, or workforce management tools is advantageous.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate; eligibility to work in Indonesia is required.
